These lessons are designed for the player looking to get the most out of their ability, made possible due to the prolonged exposure to ERA's teachings. Each of the 12 sessions are taught under a 3 to 1 instructor to student ratio. Pick 2 of the 3 areas in which you want to work on, per session. Pitching

- Mechanics (angle, wind-up, stretch, leg turn, hip rotation)

- Grips (4-seam fastball, 2-seam fastball, changeup, etc.)

- Delivery (balance point, follow through)

Hitting

- T Station (grip, stance, initial swing analysis)

- Soft Toss Station (weight transfer, hip rotation, plate coverage)

- Batting Practice

Fielding

- Catching

- Infield

- Outfield

*Payment Policy : 50/50 payment plan available. 50% of fee paid upon registration, then
50% paid upon halfway mark of program.

**Make-up Policy : Each player is permitted (1) excused absence eligible for make-up.
An excused absence is defined as a 24hr prior notification to ERA personel, or injury.
