Long-Toss Station
A station designed to teach the correct way to long toss.  The key to long toss is to maximize the effort with your legs and core (abs and lower back) keeping unwanted stress from your elbow and shoulder.  When done right, long toss will help you gain velocity and is also a vital tool in preventing injury.

Core Station (abdominals, lower back)
This station consists of 8 different exercises designed to build core strength.  We will be using medicine balls for more intense core training.   The core is the most important part of your body when it comes to baseball.  A strong core will not only increase velocity and bat speed, but will also reduce the risk of baseball injury.

Shoulder Station
Consisting of 6 different exercises, this station is desinged specifically to strngthen your rotator cuff.  These exercises are also important for helping the shoulder to recover faster after competition.
